We offer three apartments for rent in l’Escala, with private parking outdoors. In front of the small beach of Port d’Perris, in the old quarter of this town of Alt Empordà.
The three apartments have a terrace, shared between them, but with an area delimited for each apartment. One of the apartments, the largest, also has a private terrace, accessible only from the interior.
They are located on top of one of the old anchovy factories, now the selling point for Calloll Serrats anchovies.
A symbolic building, since it is one of the few remaining from the time when in l’Escala there were the main salts of the country.
The three apartments are rustic, with original hydraulic floors from the time they were built, stone walls that are indigenous, ie stones of l’Escala.
